Yoga

Yoga is not just and exercise for the body, it is so much more. 

My training as a yoga teacher has taught me that yoga’s benefits are not just, holistic, and spiritual, but has proven scientific benefits as well. 

Yes, it relaxes and strengthens the body, improving flexibility, balance, and mobility. Yoga also improves lymphatic drainage, Venus return (blood flow), it works into the Vagus nerve, increases bone density and muscle mass.

Hi I'm Paula

I am a certified Yoga Instructor for children, teens, menopause, seniors, people living with cancer, and bereavement via mindful grieving therapy.

I’m also a qualified personal trainer, Pilates, and group exercise instructor.

I have been involved in sport and fitness all my life. 

The longer I had been working with people, the more I have learnt that health is not just physical.  It is emotional and mental as well.  Which has moved me towards Somatic Therapy for grief and loss.  Where I run group programmes and 1-2-1 therapy sessions.
